Southtree Commercial seeks to create opportunities to add value for its clients, partners, investors, and individual entities through the development, construction, leasing, and management of successful commercial real estate projects. The company is led by two principals, Chuck Ogletree and Paul Schwinne. Surrounded by a talented team, these professionals work with a variety of project types and sizes including general office, medical office, industrial, religious, education, retail, mixed-use, renovations, and tenant build-outs.

Whether we are building an office headquarters, assisting with leasing opportunities, developing an office park, or performing building maintenance, we have established processes to provide open communication and transparency.
