Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and so much more! Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,400-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.
Trilith LIVE is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager that is responsible for shaping and implementing sales, marketing, communications, public relations, and digital strategies to enhance the organization’s image, accomplish sales and revenue goals, business objectives, and drive audience engagement. The manager will work collaboratively across departments to create impactful sales and event bookings, marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and lead social media efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keeps the mission, vision and values of Trilith Live at the forefront of decision making and action; builds strategic and collaborative relationships and interacts with others in a way that builds confidence and trust; provides excellent customer service by taking action to accomplish objectives, maintains high levels of work and productivity by generating innovative solutions to work situations.
• Create, implement, and maintain a strong digital presence for Trilith Live, including social media platforms and website.
• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to ensure strategic alignment across all sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to respond to client inquiry requests via email, phone calls, site visits, and online venue selection; support Event Proposals and follow-up information that affects booking.
• Work in partnership with the hospitality industry to market Trilith Live and attract events.
• Assists in developing Business Plan, revenue goals, and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, and marketing and advertising outlets to amplify Trilith Live brand and events.
• Author and distribute press releases, media kits, and public statements.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of sales, marketing materials, including videos, brochures, and promotional kits.
• Coordinate with third-party marketing agencies to ensure visually compelling content for digital, print, video, and other required sales and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to curate dynamic social media campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all platforms and initiatives.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external communications.
• Optimize digital assets to support sales and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, increase attendance, and engage community stakeholders.
• Provide creative direction for sales and event-related marketing collateral.
• Track and report ROI on marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, marketing and communications in a similar venue or the special event industry.
• Additional experience may be substituted for education.
• Extensive knowledge of event sales, digital marketing tools, content creation, campaign management, and design.
• Extensive computer skills, including Photoshop, InDesign, or illustrator, (at least one of these), or other graphic design programs.
• Basic knowledge of project budget preparation and control.
• Professional presentation and appearance.
