Outside Sales and Marketing for Home Care

We are hiring for a Home Care Marketer who will expand our reach and foster relationships within the community.

The primary responsibility of the Home Care Marketer will be to promote our services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. You will be a key representative of our organization, advocating for our mission and values while driving growth and engagement.

Responsibilities of Home Care Marketer:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase client referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.
• Conduct outreach activities, including networking events, health fairs, and community presentations.
• Collaborate with our community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients.
• Provide education and training sessions to healthcare professionals and community members on our services.
• Track marketing metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications of Home Care Marketer:

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for making a positive impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while the business grows and the office expands.
